Catching Up

Thankful for:
*Being on call and only working until 7:30pm
*A huge surgery case (basically did 4 operations on one person) went well...it kept me so busy almost 5 hours went by in the blink of an eye...and most importantly on Friday the patient was doing well
*A nice co-worker who stayed over to help me
*My husband and little boy who are always happy when I get home

*Getting my hours at work
*A new quick 3 cheese pasta bake...yummy...and Sweet P loved it (beats him eating Mac and cheese again)
*Pre cut apples and the yogurt dip...Preston's new favorite snack

Thankful for:
*A good day with family
*Sweet P and Little Boy Carson playing together
*Preston and Carson "driving" around the yard
*the sweetest Little Golden Book for Toy Story 3 MeMaw bought for each boy...for the record I am excited about the new Toy Story coming out this next weekend...this will be Sweet P's first official movie to see on the big screen (wish us luck, we are going to try a Sunday morning matinee)
*finally figuring out where Preston learned the phrase "Oh nuts!": It is from Toy Story 2 at the end of the movie when Hamm is playing the video game

Thankful for:
*Preston sleeping all the way home (makes for a peaceful drive for me)
*Getting to go food and then taking it to my mother-in-law's to eat (she does not feel well either)
*That my Dad's trip to the ER turned out better than I thought it would: FEEL BETTER SOON DAD!!!!
*Preston singing E-I-E-I (O, but he does not say the O)
*Getting Father's Day Cards today
*Finding the last piece to making magnetic chalkboards, now it is time to get started
