That is what is what I am thankful for....apple pie. The other night Thomas wanted an apple pie and I did not have the apples for the pie. Well today at the grocery store I saw apples and bought some to make an apple pie. So today I am thankful for a normal day at work, Preston sleeping until my alarm clock went off, for the tater tot casserole I made for dinner (easy and virtually no clean up) and the apple pie and vanilla ice cream we will have later.

Yummy! I can smell it over here in Texas! I bet it was good - but not as good as your homemade fresh FRIED PIES - my absolute favorite of yours!
I guess I need to make you some fried pies? What flavor? It was/is yummy. Too bad you don't live closer to have a piece.
