*putting the for sale sign in the yard...very exciting and scary at the same time!
*now really motivated to start packing and getting the house in order

Thankful for:
*a day of packing
*Thomas calls me at 1015 and says that we are showing the house at 1215 TODAY!!!Yikes...I had stuff everywhere while packing and the house was a MAJOR MESS! Into turbo gear I went and things mostly picked up
*signed an agreement to purchase the house we are wanting to buy
*the man from yesterday called and basically made an offer without seeing the house...but still coming to look tomorrow

*on call and worked until 10pm...I am exhausted!!!!
*Preston and Thomas waited up for me...Little P could barely hold his eyes open but he was excited to see me!

Spring cleaning (gutting) has begun at our house! I want to sell everything from our multiple "junk" rooms. Eric and I have contemplated moving everything to a storage building and selling it all from there. That's how bad we don't want to pack. We want to start from scratch and actually win an Ikea sweepstakes (does that exist? If not, it should!) for a new house. haha. Lots of dreaming going on here.

Thanks ladies. I am so nervous about this entire process. Cori, I really am not looking forward to moving everything and I am packing a little everyday so that I am not too overwhelmed when the time comes (hopefully) because lets be honest the wife does most of the packing and unpacking! Please continue to pray that it will all work according to God's Master Plan for us.
and yes I think they should offer an ikea sweepstakes, wouldnt that be wonderful!
