First Week of the Year Thankfuls

Thankful for:
*got off work a little early, but then back to work until after 10pm
*feeling a little better, meaning had enough energy to get dressed and go to work
*Preston feeling a lot better
*finding someone last minute to make birthday cake for this weekend

*a better night's sleep
*feeling better, antibiotics finally kicking in
*gearing up for Mad Science Birthday party this weekend
*a steady day at work

*RSVP's for Grayson's party
*one day closer to the weekend
*good day at work

Thankful for:
*TGIF
*getting off work before lunch
*using my time to get all the party details and experiments together
*my sister coming in to help me with the party
*tv dinner for supper
*co-worker delivered the birthday cake and it looks GREAT!!!

Thankful for:
*a beautiful day
*Grayson's  birthday party was a huge success
*only forgetting one thing for the party (main ingredient for the slime) but oh well we were running out of time anyways, and the boys didn't even know the difference
*having fun at the birthday party Mad Scientist parties are FUN
*having Kelsey watch Preston and Carson while we did the party
*my sister, dressed up like a Mad Scientist, and was a major help with the party
*Thomas and my sister in law, Laura, helping get everything together and picking up the food
*my mother in law for opening her home to us to have the party
*a great group of 2nd grade boys, all were well mannered and thankful, and willing to have FUN
*the parents of all the boys be so nice
*Grayson allowing me to organize this party for him
*Ethan picking the theme for his birthday in March...not much time to plan

*homemade potato soup from scratch

*listening to Preston recite the Super Sleuth oath out loud by himself without help and even using the hand gestures
