very far behind...thankfuls in summary

June 13 -18, 2011
Thankful for:
*a wonderful week off with Preston (and Thomas the latter part of the week)
*for my husband, deciding a spur of the moment trip for Galveston would be fun for all of us
*watching Preston splash in the ocean water for the first time
*letting Preston build a sand castle
*Thomas getting to go to a cool airplane museum
*finding the perfect Christmas ornament from our little vacay (it is my thing...buying a Christmas ornament to remember the places I have traveled to)
*finding the most adorable nutcracker
*finding an alternate route on the GPS on the way home, so we did not have to go over the Houston Ship Channel bridge (I don't do big bridges well)
*my parents for watching Biscuit and Maddie

June 19-26, 2011
Thankful for:
*spending time with family
*going to a birthday party that Preston had a blast at (thank you Millers, we had a great time)
*a wonderful visit with my sister and her family
*spending a great time "shopping" in my little town with my sister, I had a wonderful time
*fresh garden veggies, Thank you Dad!
*listening to Preston recite an entire Thomas book, word for word, so amazing what his little brain absorbs, and so adorable to listen and watch him (love his expressions)
*a little bit of rain last week
*my Mother in Law's cooking, and the fact she taught me how to cook up an awesome eggplant!!

Hopefully I will not wait this long again to update my thankful list. Maybe I should jot things down on the calender or utilize my phone to remember my days!
