I cannot believe....

I have waited a WEEK to update this. Shame, Shame on me. It makes it really hard for me to remember when I wait this long. But here it goes….

*getting some of the CSI party details knocked out
*MIL cooking dinner
*a good weekend

Thankful for:
*a good day at work for a Monday
*hopefully started my 90 day weight loss challenge…we have a pool going at work, it was a $100 buy in (men and women), the person who looses the most percentage of weight in 90 days wins the pot, last I heard the pot was up to $1800
*turned in the paperwork for the home loan, think I signed at least 40 papers
*made mashed potatoes at dinner with skim milk and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, I don’t think Thomas could tell the difference because it ate them, and didn’t say a word

Thankful for:
*being on call and only having to work until 3pm and NOT getting called back, this is the first time this has happened in a month!!!
*cooking a low fat Mexican food dinner for the family
*salad is my new friend

Thankful for:
*sinus medicine…these allergies and sinuses are trying of bring Preston and myself down, but we will fight back with medicine
*not cooking dinner and just getting something to go, I don’t really like to cook with a pounding headache
*our house was appraised today, hopefully the house we are trying to buy will be appraised soon!!

*again, Mexican food for dinner and I did NOT have to cook it
*loves watching Preston eating Mexican food…he LOVES it, he almost cleaned his plate and he really did not make a mess of things
